Heat on low. Mix mix mix
I went looking for premade low carb/keto pizza shells at the grocery store and not only did they look unappetizing they were crazy expensive. So I’m decided to make my own.
Here is the recipe I used and altered slightly.
4 ingredients: 2 cups grated mozzarella (I used part mozzarella, part marble cheddar), 2 tbsp cream cheese, 3/4 cup almond flour, salt. I added garlic powder and Italian herbs. Note I didn’t use parchment underneath so I greased the baking pan with EVOO. It didn’t stick at all. I was worried for a bit.
So easy. So yummy. Crispy, not floppy. Dippable! Chewy. I think without the pizza toppings this would make awesome crackers if baked longer.
I wasn’t super hungry so I only ate half. Saving the other half for tomorrow!
