Yoga time

a work in progress. Not done yet.

I forced myself to do yoga today. 45 minutes! YouTube fat yoga for beginners. It’s a thing. It’s my newest thing. Yoga for every body. Yoga for plus size bodies. Yoga for bigger bellies and curves. Props. Yoga is for everyone, not just fit thin yogis. This is where I am today. I imagine in a month or 10 I will graduate to other types of yoga. I adore “Yoga with Adrienne” but I am just not that flexible or capable right now. Although I will probably do the odd video of hers still.

It feels good to be back at it. I’m kinda bummed that I didn’t stick to my whole month of yoga. No more excuses. I’m going to finish this month.

yoga. every. day

I’m on chapter 8, of 189 of my new book Healthy as F*ck. It’s good. It’s a lot of stuff that makes sense but also stuff that I need to hear right now. It’s funny too.

I have an online art class tonight so I must go. Have a lovely night!❤️
