I love yoga. I’ve been doing yoga off and on for about 15 years. I love how I feel after yoga. I’ve done live yoga classes, yoga dvds, yoga on YouTube. I’ve done yoga mixed with Pilates, tai chi, and barre. I’ve done yin yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, hot yoga. I’ve done yoga by the ocean, yoga in the park, and a day long yoga festival.

One thing I have to say is yoga is HARD. I don’t find it easy, at all. Especially when you first start. Especially when you are overweight. And have chronic pain.

I was CERTAIN I wanted to do a month long yoga challenge. But it’s been a while since I’ve done anything but restorative yoga. Ughhhhh. I was feeling so frustrated trying to follow along today. There’s so much I just can’t do. Yet.

But I decided not to hurry through the process and tried a few different videos. Switched up my searches and found some that actually work for me! I didn’t give up. I know it will get easier.

I used a lot of this! It’s the kids blend but that’s all I had handy. It worked!
