
Spent some time outside in the snow today. Between lockdown and winter I’m in full in hibernation mode.
And some time meditating. Look at this…I’ve done 50 minutes already since downloading the app!
My mood feels stable. My energy is low. I haven’t been taking my NAC supplement so that could be why. N-acetylcyctine really improved my energy level. I’m just dragging the past few days.
