I was feeling super irritable. Not sure why? Winter? Lockdown? Grumpy kid stuck at home doing virtual learning?. husband working from home?
I’m trying to learn to manage my moods in a healthy way, and without medication..
I decided to use my Headspace app and my bluetooth headphones to take a walk. I did a 20 min walk on my street. It was a guided meditation walk geared towards anger and frustration. It was great. It was an icy walk in the cold but I was dressed warm. My hips hurt, like dull achey joint pain. Hopefully it’s just a one off. I think my February yoga challenge will help that.
I also did day 2 of a creativity meditation today.
