
Getting outside, especially in the winter, is good for your soul! I spend too much time indoors. Today I took my daughter tobagganing. On our way home we stopped at my favorite part of the river to listen to the sound of the water and take a few deep breaths before returning home! A quick, simple and free way to feel good.
Winter here is long and cold and depressing but it’s also incredibly beautiful and refreshing ❤️
