Everyone around the world is happy to say goodbye to 2020. People, myself included, are cautiously optimistic that 2021 will be a better year. Today is day one of a brand new year.
My goal is to MAKE 2021 a better year. It seems to be an every year goal, right? Goals to lose weight, eat better, excercise more, be more productive….etc etc.
I need to get my $#@t together. For real!!! I cannot stress this enough. A big part of WHY I am choosing to blog my journey is to help make it happen. I need support and motivation.
Last year has been an epic fail in that department. For the past week I have been trying to figure out HOW. How do I get healthy? What do I try next? I’ve tried so many different approaches and end up derailed each time. I have several physical and mental health issues that seem to rear their ugly heads just as soon as I jump into a new program or start to feel better. Note–>more on those in a later post. Too much to cover in the first post.
This is what I’ve decided to do. I’m going to get healthy and blog about it.
Here’s my plan: 12 months, 12 different ways to get healthy. I’m going to commit to trying 12 different formats, diets, lifestyle changes over the next 12 months. I’ll blog about each [to make it easier let’s just call it a diet] diet. My experience, my expectations, the highs and lows and the results.
My goal is to improve many of my health issues, not just weight!
Within the next few days I will post which diet plan I will be exploring first!
P.S be patient with me as I try to navigate WordPress! All my other blogs were on blogspot. I thought this would be easy but there is a learning curve I’m trying to navigate!
